David Lindsay Director
David has been an integral part of the Wightons team since 1984, having come from a long career in the Victorian court system. David is an accredited specialist in both Wills and Estates and Business law, and practices extensively in both of these areas.
David is also involved in many community organizations, and is currently the Chairperson of the committee of management of the Villamanta Legal Service and the honorary solicitor to numerous sporting and other community organizations.

Murray Pegg Director
Murray has practiced his whole working life in Geelong and joined the team at Wightons in 1994, coming from a sole practice. Murray practices in the areas of commercial litigation, wills and estates, business law, company incorporation and property. He is passionate about the Modewarre football club, being its current Vice President.

Justine Finlay Director
Justine started work fresh out of University at Wightons in 1992 and has been here ever since. Justine practices in the areas of Business law, wills and estates and property. Justine is an accredited Business Law Specialist.
Justine is the managing partner of Wightons Lawyers.
Justine is very interested in giving back what she can to the community and is a board member of Geelong Community Enterprise.

Sue Fridey Director
Susan joined the Wightons team in 1999, after a career at Victoria legal Aid. She has extensive experience in family law, criminal law and domestic violence matters. Susan is the lead practitioner for our family law team. She has extensive experience in Child Protection applications initiated by the Department of Human Services.

Megan Anderson Solicitor
Megan was admitted to practice in August 2005 after completing her degree at Bond University in Queensland She completed her Articles with Wightons Lawyers and is now a second year practitioner. Megan practices in the areas of Commercial Law, conveyancing, sales/ purchases of businesses, leasing, mortgage work and Wills and Estates. Megan also works at our Corio office each Wednesday and Friday.

Free Legal Advice
We offer free legal advice clinics at both of our offices, as follows:
Geelong – Wednesday evenings 5–8pm
Corio – Thursday evenings 5–7pm
All interviews are 15 minutes in duration and appointments are essential.
We also offer a dedicated Family Law clinic at our Geelong office on Thursdays afternoons, providing 30 minute appointments.
